Advinco Farm was formally leased to Murray River Organics. From December 2019 Arrow Funds Management Limited took over operational management of the property until it was re-leased in July 2020. Stuart was engaged to provide the horticultural management support to the property.
A period of rapid scaling up in staff, equipment and support services was undertaken, with the priority to improve vine and tree health, and to prepare for the 2020 harvest of around 450 hectares of dried vine fruit. Irrigation system improvements, trellis upgrades, soil and vine health, establishing and replanting areas across the property and building a strong team all actioned within a very short timeframe, with the aim of returning this property to full production in coming seasons.
Partly due to this rapid change in management, the property was able to be leased again to a new tenant, and from July 2020 the property has been managed by Australian Premium Dried Fruits.
