International Development

Stuart Pettigrew has experience with international development projects in Europe, Africa and Asia. He has experience in project implementation, strategic reviews, proposal development and developing case studies to highlight success stories and lessons learned. Stuart has worked with multiple donors, including SDC, USAID, DFID, World Bank and GiZ.

A range of support and advice can be provide to development projects, with a particular focus on market system development and value chain analysis. Stuart has conducted independent reviews of projects, provided design support for new programmes and advice and support to improve project performance.

Short and long term assignments have been undertaken in Afghanistan, Kosovo, Nigeria, Myanmar, Kenya, Bangladesh, Kyrgyzstan, Rwanda and Ghana, as well a policy reports and project support covering numerous other countries and regions.
